Use the UFT <tt>META</tt> command to introduce 
an attribute.   Most attributes are historically 
represented by their own command in UFT. 
But unknown attributes result in a 4xx response code 
(client error),  implying command rejection. 
The <tt>META</tt> command allows an otherwise 
unknown attribute to be delivered in the transaction.

All "meta commands" should come after a 
<tt>FILE</tt> command but before any <tt>DATA</tt> commands.
